Q: Where do you source your ingredients from?
A: We carefully source our ingredients from dependable local and overseas suppliers. We use only quality ingredients and many recognized brands like Taiko Sugar, Hershey’s Cocoa Powder, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Imported Chocolate from France, Imported Australian Butter, etc. Please see our "Ingredients" page for more information. |

Q: How long can I keep the cupcakes and cookies for, before they will spoil?
A: We hope the cupcakes and cookies are so good you can’t help but to eat them all or share them with friends right away. Because we do not use any preservatives or additives, our baked goods do not have a long shelf life. All of our items are baked fresh the same day we deliver them to you. If you don’t finish them that day, they can be stored in the original packaging or an air-tight container for up to three days. Note that items with whipped cream should be stored in the refrigerator. But trust us, they taste best on the first day. |

Q: Do you accept same-day orders?
A: Absolutely! We accept same-day orders for standard cupcakes received by 12 noon. The best way to reach us for same-day orders is by phone (6255-5512). Depending on how busy we are, orders in the downtown area can generally be delivered by 3 pm. For deliveries outside of the downtown area, we will do our best to get them to you when you need them. Custom orders are requested one day ahead, by 5 pm. |

Q: Why do custom orders have to be placed by 5 pm, the day before desired delivery?

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our workshop is located in Puxi, near Jing An Temple, in the New Factories (14 YuYao road, Building 20, Unit 104 / 余姚路14 号，同乐坊 20 号楼，104 室). We have a weekend kiosk at Kids' Gallery in Jinqiao (open from September - June). You can also find our cupcakes at any of the Gloria Jean's Coffee Shops in Shanghai. |
Q: How much is the delivery charge?
A: For single delivery location, the delivery charge is RMB 20 in the downtown Puxi area and Lujiazui; and RMB 40 outside of the downtown area, including Gubei, Hongqiao, Century Park and Jinqiao. More specifically, delivery is RMB 20 inside the inner-ring road and RMB 40 outside of the inner-ring road with limited delivery outside of the middle-ring road. Call us if you are outside middle-ring road or have multiple delivery locations. |
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes! Plus, pick-ups don't incur the delivery charge. You are welcome to pick up at our workshop in Puxi, near Jing An Temple. The address is 14 YuYao road, Building 20, Unit 104 (余姚路14 号，同乐坊 20 号楼，104 室）. Please include a note in the Special Instructions section of the order form. |

Q: 送货费一般是多少钱？
A: 单一送货地点：浦西市区及陆家嘴的送货费是20元；市区以外，包括古北、虹桥、世纪公园以及金桥的送货费是40元。具体地说，内环的送货费是20元，内环外的是40元，中环以外以及多个送货地点请与我们联系。我们也有多个免费提货地点供您选择（请见下一个答案）。 |
