A: We sure do! In addition to our regular-sized cupcakes, we offer a full-range of mini cupcakes, cupcake-cakes, round cakes (5-inch and 9-inch), sheet cakes (1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, full sheet), two-tier cakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, and banana bread. Just like our cupcakes, our cakes can be custom decorated according to your needs. You can see some photos under the "Custom Cupcakes & Cakes" tab. |

Q: Can I purchase Sweet Ever After cupcakes, cakes and other products at the workshop?
A: Everything we bake in our workshop is by pre-order. We would be delighted to see you at our workshop for picking-up, placing orders or just saying hello. Please don't be disappointed if you can't purchase anything on the spot. Our workshop is not designed to be a retail shop. |

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: The minimum order for our cupcakes is 1 dozen. During most Chinese and Western holidays, we offer holiday cupcake sets in boxes of 4. The minimum order for other products is as indicated under the relevant sections of the website. |

A: Upon request, we provide complimentary stick candles that come 12 in a pack. "Happy Birthday" and "I Love You" candles are available for sale.

Q: Where do you source your ingredients from?
A: We carefully source our ingredients from dependable local and overseas suppliers. We use only quality ingredients and many recognized brands like Taiko Sugar, Hershey’s Cocoa Powder, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Imported Chocolate from France, Imported Australian Butter, etc. Please see our "Ingredients" page for more information. |

Q: How long can I keep the cupcakes and cakes before they will spoil?
A: Our products are best enjoyed on the same day they are prepared. Because we do not use any preservatives or additives, our baked goods do not have a long shelf life. All of our items are baked fresh the same day we deliver them to you. If you don’t finish them that day, they can be stored in the original packaging or an air-tight container for up to three days. But trust us, they taste best on the first day. Note that items with whipped cream should be stored in the refrigerator. |

Q: Do you accept same-day orders?
A: Absolutely! We accept same-day orders for standard cupcakes received by 12 noon. The best way to reach us for same-day orders is by phone (6255-5512). Depending on how busy we are, orders in the downtown area can generally be delivered by 3 pm. For deliveries outside of the downtown area, we will do our best to get them to you when you need them. Custom cupcake orders and non-cupcake orders are requested at least 2 days in advance. |

Q: Why do custom orders have to be placed at least two days in advance?
A: To ensure that we have enough lead time to prepare the custom order, we request that orders be placed at least two days in advance. |

A: We are open every weekday except for Tuesday from 9 am - 5 pm; and weekends from 9 am - 430 pm. |

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Cancellations must be made via email to contact@sweeteverafter.com at least two days before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for same-day orders. |

Q: Can you customize the appearance of your cupcakes, cakes and cookies?
A: Sure! We are happy to work with you to design the perfect cake or cupcakes for your needs. Please keep in mind that cake decorating is an art and not a science. Often with decorations, layout, colors and dimensions, we need to make subjective decisions. We reserve the right to retain some degree of artistic freedom in the design and decoration of our cupcake and cake creations. We hope you trust that we always try to make the final product the best that we can. If there is a very specific design, decoration or color that you want to have, please provide a picture that our bakers and decorators can reference. During the order process, please also communicate what you want to have replicated. |
Q: What are the dimensions of your products and how many people do they serve?
A: Our regular-size cupcakes measure approximately 6.5 cm (diameter) by 5 cm (height). Our mini cupcakes measure approximately 3.5 cm (diameter) by 3 cm (height). Our 5-inch cakes measure approximately 12.5 cm (diameter) by 5-6 cm (height) and serve approximately 4-8 people. Our 9-inch cakes measure approximately 23 cm (diameter) by 6-7 cm (height) and serve approximately 12-20 people. Our quarter-sheet cakes measure approximately 20 cm X 30 cm X 5-6 cm (height) and serve 15-25 people. Our half-sheet cakes measure approximately 40 cm X 30 cm X 5-6 cm (height) and serve 30-50 people. Our whole-sheet cakes measure approximately 36 cm X 57 cm X 5-6 cm (height) and serve 60-100 people. Our Barbie Cake measures approximately 30 cm height (including doll) and the cake measures approximately 18 cm height (cake-portion) and serves 15-25 people.
We understand different people eat different amounts of cake, so we hope you understand the number of servings are based on average serving sizes and are merely suggestions. When ordering, please take this into consideration. |

Q: How much is the delivery charge?
A: For single delivery location, the delivery charge is RMB 20 in the downtown Puxi area and Lujiazui; and RMB 40 to areas including Gubei, Century Park and Jinqiao. We offer limited delivery outside of the inner-ring road for RMB 60-120. Other common delivery areas incur the following delivery fees: Kangqiao (RMB 80), Shanghai American School Pudong/Pudong Airport (RMB 100), Hongqiao Airport (RMB 60), Shanghai American School Minhang (RMB 80). If you aren't sure about the delivery fee to your area, go ahead and place your order and we will get in touch with you. For multiple delivery locations, please contact us for a price quote. |
Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: We require a 50% deposit for orders over RMB 1000, payment options are as follows:
